Keyword rank

Keyword rank is your app's ordinal position when a user searches a specific term in a specific storefront. Rank #1 means you appear first; rank #50 means 49 apps appear before you. Top 10 is the practical visibility threshold (most users scroll no further). Keyword rank changes daily based on conversion velocity, install retention, ratings, metadata changes, and competitor activity. A drop from #5 to #15 in a single day is usually caused by a competitor adding the keyword to their subtitle. A drop to "not in top 250" usually means an algorithm update or a metadata change you didn't intend (e.g., dropping the keyword from your description while overhauling copy).
